The monthly treatment of the dietary supplement NYADERM® Anti-aging Drink and NYADERM® ProBio can be ordered on our e-shop www.nyaderm.com, right from the homepage, in the “SHOP” section, or at any time after having clicked the functional buttons “Buy” or “Subscribe”. This will add the selected product version to your shopping cart. Yes, we ship our products to most European countries. If you are interested in shipping the dietary supplement to a country other than the Czech Republic, fill out where we should send NYADERM® in the delivery address section of the shopping cart. Bear in mind that shipping the product outside of the EU may result in an increased delivery price due to the customs formalities of the given country. If delivery of the dietary supplement cannot be made to the address you have given, we are prepared to return all funds back to you. The typical delivery time for packages sent outside of the Czech Republic is 4-8 working days, however, that may differ given the target destination.

3. Returns
You can return the undamaged and completely packaged dietary supplement NYADERM® in the same condition you received it and for any reason – by default, within the statutory 14-day period from receiving your order. We will return the money for your returned order to your account within 7 days of the delivery of the intact returned order, in its original packaging to our address. Delivery costs are not included in the return.

4. DOSAGE AND STORAGE
Store in a dry and dark place at a temperature of up to 25 °C. Improper storage at high temperatures (above 25 °C) may result in a decrease in the number of live probiotic bacteria and thus a reduction in the effectiveness of the product.
The optimal effect can be achieved by long-term use of NYADERM® Hair ProBio. A suitable period of time for balancing the gut-hair axis is to use NYADERM® Hair ProBio for 2-3 months.
To achieve optimal and long-lasting results, we recommend taking 1 capsule daily, in the morning at least 10 minutes before the first meal.
